Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Senior Specialist to support IT Network services within the multinational pharmaceutical company in Prague. This position is crucial for managing operational and financial aspects aligned with the Product Model & Portfolio Strategy. The Specialist will report to the Business Operations Product Owner and will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support for the IT Network services organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support for the IT Network services organization
- Act as the primary point of contact with stakeholders (Product & Product Line owners, Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, Finance IT organization, Supplier Management, Vendors, and Procurement)
- Develop and participate in team presentations for Financial & Operational Review
- Support product teams in decision-making processes by offering relevant financial information and insights
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes, eliminating waste in terms of time and cost
- Support Business Operations, including MS&O PO management services (planning, creation, approvals, tracking to closing) within the Product Model
- Ensure continuous monitoring to guarantee compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Manage communication and change management activities
Must Have Skills:
- MSc Degree or BSc Degree (or equivalent) with relevant experience in Finance/Economics
- Excellent English skills (must have)
- Proficiency in SAP and Data Analytic tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop business operations models
- Strong financial knowledge and orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, results and process-driven orientation
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a challenging and complex environment
- Proven ability to influence, build, and maintain diverse client and peer relationships
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, banking, power plant, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of sophisticated data analytical tools
- Previous experience with Product Model organizational structures
- Knowledge of change management in IT environments
- Experience with supplier management and vendor relationship management
