Project Description
The company focuses on automating and streamlining processes using artificial intelligence and enhancing user experience. Currently, there are two main projects running: the first is a chatbot utilizing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology, and the second project is dedicated to creating AI agents for process automation. The work takes place within the AI Squad, which consists of a team of approximately 10 AI Engineers and Developers.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Writing code in Python on a cloud platform (Azure) that powers AI solutions
- Integration: Connecting solutions to different platforms and integrating with other systems
- Training: Using training data to improve AI and LLM solution outputs
- Testing: Continuously testing AI solution performance, identifying and resolving bugs and issues
- Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring solution interactions with users after deployment, gathering feedback, and making iterative improvements
Must Have Skills
- Strong background in machine learning techniques
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
- Experience working with various methods for OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks
- Tech stack proficiency: Python, Azure, OpenAI
- Product-centric approach with strong ownership of tasks
- Clear communication in English with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with chatbot development
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and their infrastructure
- Practical experience with generative AI (GenAI)
- Experience with iterative development and agile methodology
